You may purchase Pow Pow Soap products (“Products") through the Site. By placing an order, You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Us or our third-party payment processors (e.g., SQUARESPACE) to charge Your chosen payment method for the total purchase amount (including taxes and shipping, if applicable).

All sales are final except where otherwise stated in our return policy posted on the Site.

Prices may change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a Product listed at an incorrect price.

4. Subscriptions (If Offered)

Pow Pow Soap may offer subscription purchases (“Subscription"). Subscriptions automatically renew on the schedule You select (e.g., monthly) and will continue until canceled. By purchasing a Subscription, You authorize recurring charges to Your payment method at the then-current price until You cancel.

You may cancel at any time at least 24 hours before the renewal date by logging into Your account and selecting “Cancel Subscription" or by emailing Us at heyo@powpowsoap.com.

5. Content & Reviews

If You post reviews or other content on the Site, You agree such content will be truthful, respectful, and not violate the rights of others. By submitting content, You grant Pow Pow Soap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it on the Site.

All Content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site are owned by Pow Pow Soap or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site Content without Our prior written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRODUCTS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $500.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California under the rules of JAMS, unless prohibited by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or other inappropriate conduct.
